What is included?

We will get to know each new athlete through an athlete questionnaire.

Daily Workout Scheduling
We will provide each athlete with a daily workout schedule that is administered through TrainingPeaks. To facilitate group training opportunities, each program will follow a similar structure. However, plans will vary based on race distance, ability level, and experience.

Weekly Group Meetings
Our head coach will lead a live video check-in each week for all athletes in the program. The coach will explain the upcoming week of training, then athletes will have an opportunity to ask questions. These questions may pertain to upcoming workouts, previous workouts, or other relevant topics. Each meeting will be recorded and distributed to the athletes in the group training program.

Monthly Education Seminars
Our head coach will organize a live, online, educational seminar once per month for the duration of the group training program. These seminars will cover a variety of important topics pertaining to training and racing. Athletes will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions. Each seminar will be recorded and distributed to the athletes.

Train Together, Race Together
Training for an endurance event is typically a solo journey, but with our Group Training Programs athletes will have the opportunity to use the group for motivation, encouragement, and camaraderie. Training together will create and build connections. Racing together will strengthen and celebrate those friendships!

Instructional Videos & Training Documents
We provide athletes with a variety of instructional videos to assist in efficient training. We also give our athletes access to instructional documents to help with their preparation for their upcoming event.

Website Access & Online Billing
Each athlete is given access to the "Coaching Resources" tab after login. Here, athletes have access to our library of recipes, our informational blogs, our favorite workouts, and coaching tips from our entire staff. We also utilize automatic billing through the website.

What is the cost?

Ongoing Fee: $95 every 4 weeks for the duration of the program

Notice: A 30-day notice is required to terminate all services. Any balance outstanding through the date of termination will be owed.

Athletes are advised to join a Group Training Program prior to the program start date. Each program type has minimum fitness requirements, and athletes must satisfy those requirements prior to starting the program. If an athlete would like to join a Group Training Program after the program start date, we can accommodate them, but the athlete would be expected to begin at the current training load and week—there will be no individualized ramp-up period.
